Very sad customer experience picking up click and collect order for sick and elderly gran mother with proof of purchase and the card used to make purchase. Even after comforming my name is on authorised to pick up list they still refused to allow me pick up the item. Very dismissive and un help full staff.
Very bad experience with staff. One of the staff member telling me about promotions and when I found something it took me 15-20 min and then I bring it to check out, scanned at different price. It was completely staff’s mistake. And denied by one of the manger that she is not able to give me the shirt on special price that was offered on ticket. Very rude behaviour never go back to David Jones. Just waste of time.
I give a 5 Star review to a sales lady called Margaret who was absolutely amazing, giving us lots of useful tips. We went there to buy some clothes for my partner to wear on his wedding. We had a rough idea about his outlook that Margaret helped to make to a perfection. We had the best retail experience ever! Thank you
Staff are nice but atmosphere is bleak. The David Jones that got left behind with time. Not even sure it should be called DJs because it’s so depressing :(

Very rude staff lady , I tried the perfume and asked for the price. It was an expensive perfume and I thought I will wait for it to come on sale (or may buy from somewhere else) so I politely give her back. She commented “I thought so” probably because I was not white like her. Staff members need to stop being rude if others do not or can not buy stuff due to high price. I could have bought almost all the perfumes from that store if I wished to, but from now on I will go only to Myer or other stores as DJ doesn’t deserve customers.
Every time I go into David Jones I feel welcome and looked after. I love the variety, quality and great service. There's no other store like David Jones 😄 …
